7:00 AM Frozen Foot Run

Sunday, 7:00am at phifer (or fifpher, or piper, or is it phiffer) park. Anyway, you know what I'm talking about. The great Chad Juel is in town. So bundle up and and lets go for a run!

I give both of you credit!!! That was way, way to cold!!! Yea I'm a wimp when it comes to cold; but when it comes to the heat I love it.
