'sup

So I had one of "those" runs tonight. It's a base run when you get in a groove, pain free, heart rate only moves up or down 2 beats over a 40 minute span and you feel like you could go forever. I love it.

Now, let's keep those temps rising cause I'm tired of wearing tights!!

There I am, dressed in black with crappy form. This year will be different. Since I am, and will continue to get, faster than I was last year, my form will improve.

Please remove the Happy Mutant logo from your blog page and website. You are using this logo illegally. Illegal use of protected material will lead to fines or prison time should you fail to comply with this order to cease and desist. I have held the copyright on this logo since I designed it in 1989. Logo must be removed by 8/31/2009 or I will begin the prosecution process. Ask Chad why his sites have been suspended...
